Make sure that your site is online. Some engines may require your email conformation for submission. Enter an alternate email and check your inbox after submission. Submission may take several minutes. Be patient.
It happens that SubmitForce shows "Possible Submitted" even when the link has actually been successfully added to the page.
Failed submissions are usually caused by a site being down,
altered or there is excessive traffic on the net at the time of submission.
